Biography

Yasmin John joined NELP in 2019, as the development associate to support NELP’s development team in marketing, individual giving, and events production.  Previously, she served as a staff assistant at the United Nations Appeals Tribunal and as a development and communications associate at Seamen’s Society for Children and Families.  Her career in development and fundraising began as a volunteer experience at the Salvation Army in 2010.  Yasmin is a member of NELP Staff Association, NOLSW, UAW, Local 2320. With over five years of nonprofit and development experience, she is happy to be a part of the NELP family.
