Kim Diehl is the deputy communications director for the National Employment Law Project and has applied her communications experience to advance human rights and southern worker organizing for almost 20 years. Kim is a board member of Critical Resistance, a national organization dedicated to abolishing the prison industrial complex. Her writings have appeared in Color Lines and Southern Exposure magazines and Outsiders Within: Writing on Transracial Adoption (South End Press). A native Floridian, she currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
