Han’s work focuses on how inequalities of nationhood, carceral punishment, and the workplace shape one another.
Han joins NELP from the Orleans Public Defenders, where he was a line defender and Gideon’s Promise Fellow. He is a first-generation college graduate. Prior to law school, Han worked as a defense investigator for the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights, the juvenile public defender in his hometown of New Orleans.
Han is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and is not licensed in New York State. He is a member of the NELP Staff Association, National Organization of Legal Services Workers, UAW Local 2320.
